Our platform syncs with most property management systems, schedules the changeover the moment a booking lands, and shows you the before and after video with the time stamp. Same-day turnovers cost from £49 per changeover.

A supervisor attends the first changeover, photographs the finished set-up room by room, and that becomes the standard every later visit is matched to.

The housekeeper records the property on arrival and on completion. Both videos are time-stamped and on your portal before the guest arrives.

What does a turnover clean include?

Every room reset to the photographed standard: beds stripped and made with fresh linen, bathroom cleaned and restocked, kitchen cleared, washed up and wiped, floors vacuumed and mopped, bins out, keys and lockbox checked, and the after-video recorded.

How much does a turnover cost?

From £49 per changeover for a studio or one-bedroom property, quoted per bedroom above that. Linen is priced per kit and listed separately on the invoice. Deep cleans between lets start from £79.

What happens if a guest leaves the place in a state?

The housekeeper records the before-video, we send it to you with an estimate for the extra time, and nothing beyond the normal clean is charged without your approval. The video is also your evidence for a damage claim with the booking platform.

Which booking systems do you sync with?

Hostaway and Hostify directly, and any platform that publishes an iCal feed, including Guesty, Airbnb, Booking.com and VRBO. One calendar or ten, the turnovers schedule themselves.
